Qualification and Experience:
1. Chief Operating Officer: Post Graduate degree with 10+ years of post qualification experience in social/community
development sector, out of which at least 3 years should be on skill development and placement projects of considerable size and scale.

2. State Project Manager: Post Graduate degree with 7+ years of post qualification experience in social/community development sector, out of which at least 2 years should be on skill development and placement projects of considerable size and scale.

3. Project Manager: Post Graduate degree with 5+ years of post qualification experience in social/community development sector, out of which at least 1 year should be on skill development and placement projects of considerable size and scale.

4. Project Executives: Post Graduate degree with 3+ years of post qualification experience in social/community development sector, out of which at least 1 year should be on skill development and placement projects of considerable size and scale.

5. Project Assistant: Post Graduate degree with 2 + years of post qualification experience in Human Resource/Facility Management sector.

6. District Functional Experts: Post Graduate degree with 2 + years of post qualification experience in social/community development sector.

7. Block Coordinator: Graduate with 1 + year of post qualification experience in social/community development sector.

Gross Salary:
1. Chief Operating Officer : Rs. 60,000.00
2.State Project Manager: Rs. 45,000.00
3.Project Manager: Rs. 35,000.00
4.Project Executives: Rs. 30,000.00 
5.Project Assistant: Rs. 25,000.00 
6. District Functional Experts: Rs. 25,000.00  
7. Block Coordinator: Rs. 15,400.00

Terms and Conditions:
1. Candidates willing to apply for more than one post shall have to submit separate application for each post

2. Initially this engagement will be for one year. Based on performance and requirement of the mission, contract may further be extended.

3. The application with all relevant testimonials (Self attested copies of Pass certificates, mark sheets, experience certificate, caste certificate etc. ) shall be addressed to the State Mission Director, Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission Society, Siva Nath Gogoi Path, Panjabari, Guwahati – 781037. The last date of receipt of application is 15.11.2015 (till 5 pm).

4. Envelope containing application should be super marked with the name of the position applied for.

5. The short listed candidates have to appear for an interview and /or written test for which no TA/DA shall be paid.

6. Incomplete application shall be rejected without giving any information and only shortlisted candidates will be called for written test and/or interview.
