Indian Army Recruitment Rally 2016 for Morigaon, Sonitpur and Nagaon District, Assam



Name of the post: Soldier General Duty, Soldier Tradesman, Soldier Technical and Soldier Clerk/Store Keeper Technical/ Inventory Management.

An Army recruitment rally will be held at Solamara Military Station. Tezpur for Morigaon, Sonitpur and Nagaon district of Assam. Rally will be held from 23 February 2016 to 27 February 2016 for Soldier General Duty, Soldier Tradesman, Soldier Technical and Soldier Clerk/Store Keeper Technical/ Inventory Management:-

1) 23rd February 2016- Morigaon District
2) 24th February 2016- Sonitpur District
3) 25th February 2016- Nagaon District


(# Indian Gorkhas, Sons of Servicemen, Ex-servicemen, Widows, War Widow, Outstanding Sportsmen (State/National, Gold/Silver Medal Winners) of concerned districts will participate on the schedule given above)

Online Registration and Application are compulsory, without which the desirous candidates will not be able to participate in the rally. For detailed information for online registration, the candidates are advised to visit the website www.joinidianarmy.nic.in  Online registration for candidates has already commenced. Candidates are requested to generated their admit card after applying Online and bring their admit card for participation during rally, For additional information, candidates can contact Deputy Commissioner Office of their district/Army Recruiting Office Headquarter, Shillong on telephone number 0364-2506581.

Check your eligibility
Fill details and check if you are eligible for recruitment. Procedure for Online Registration
Step 1- Access internet.

Step 2- Open www.joinindianarmy.nic.in the official website of Directorate General of
recruiting of Indian Army.

Step 3- Click on Registration Button.

Step 4- Fill up following data.
(a) Education qualification certificate including matriculation certificate.
(b) Personal details including permanent address with PIN CODE.
(c) Verification/domicile certificate.
(d) Have a personal valid e-mail ID.*
(e) Have a personal mobile number.

Incase do not have e-mail ID, please create before you register.

Step 5- A One Time Password (OTP) will be generated and will be sent on e-mail ID of

candidates and his Mob No. Enter OTP and click on SUBMIT button

Step 6- Once data accepted you will be asked to feed password (minimum eight characters and maximum ten characters).

Step 7- You will be directed to check your eligibility.

Procedure for Filling of Application Online

Step 2- Already registered then login (using user ID and password) otherwise Register
yourself.

Step 3- Fill data as required. Then click on Check Eligibility.

Step 4- Check the category you want to apply If the Apply Button is green then click on it.

Step 5- Fill all details and at the end of every page press Save and Continue.

Step 6- After filling all data press on Save and Submit. Once your application is accepted the website will generate and display your Roll No. Note it down for future reference.

Step 7- Candidate will login again 10-15 days prior to rally for Admit Card. No candidates will be permitted to participated in Rally without this admit card,
