A.State Level:
1. State Coordinator

Salary: Rs. 50,000/-

Qualification: Doctorate or Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture, Agriculture Extension, Horticulture, Agronomy, Fishery, Soil Science, Agril Economics and Allied Sector.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 years experience in Coordination and Planning for Ph.D and 20years of Masters.

Application Fee: Candidate will have to pay an application fees of Rs 250/- only (for General and OBC) and the candidates from reserved categories (SC/ST) will have to pay Rs 125/-only along with submission of online application form.





ELIGIBILITY
(a) Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
(b) He/She should not be less than 21 years and more than 43 years of age as on 01.01.2017 for the post of Deputy Project Director, Accountant cum Clerk and Computer Programmer as per Govt. OM No.ABP 06/2016/04 dtd. 3/3/2016 and for the post of Block Technology Manager and Assistant Technology Manager the upper age limit will be 45 years as per NMAET guideline. However, the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates. The age limit of the candidates will be calculated on the basis of the Matriculation /HSLC Admit Card/Certificate issued by a recognized Board/Council, and no other document shall be accepted in lieu thereof for the purpose.
(c) Only in the post of Deputy Director, SAMETI , State Coordinator & Gender Coordinator , the Upper age limit will be 62 on 01.01.2017(For both General and reserved category candidates).The service of successful candidate will be renewed annually subject to satisfactory performance of service up to the age of 65 years or Co-terminus with the project whichever is earlier.
(d) The candidate must hold above mentioned qualification from any of the recognized Universities.
(e) Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification on the date of submission of their applications.
(f) Candidate also must possess above mentioned experience to qualify for written test.
(h) Incomplete application form in terms of advertisement will be summarily rejected and there will be no claim of the candidature.
(i) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for written examination.


WRITTEN TEST
i. OMR based written examination will be held at various Centre of 26 districts (Bongaigaon, Kamrup, Cachar, Chirang, Darrang,  Dima Hasao, GoaIpara, Golaghat, Karimganj, Kokrajhar, Lakhimpur, Sivasagar, Morigaon, Tinsukia, Udalguri, Nalbari, Barpeta,  Nagaon, Hailakandi, Dibrugarh, Dhuburi, Baska, Jorhat, Dhemaji,  Sonitpur, KarbiAnglong. However, examination centre may be varied and will be notified later(depending upon number of application received).
ii. The questions will be of objective type with multiple choices of 100 Marks, having 100 questions each carrying 1 mark. There will be no negative marks.
iii. For State level post the OMR based examination will be held only in Guwahati.
iv. OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) answer sheet will be provided for answering questions
v. Candidates will have to use ONLY BLACK BALL PEN.
vi. Use of Calculator, Mobile phone etc. are strictly prohibited in the examination hall. USE OF ERASER, CHEMICAL, CORRECTION FLUID for correcting options once marked
in the OMR answer sheet is prohibited and answer sheets bearing traces of such use shall not be evaluated.
vii. Duration of Examination will be of 3 hours.
viii. Candidate may download their Admit Card from http://NMAET.css-atmaassamrecruitment2017.com before the examination. No separate call letter will be issued to candidates.
ix). Date, time& venue of written test will be notified later on through Newspaper and in http://NMAET.css-atmaassamrecruitment2017.com.in due course of time.

General Terms & Condition
1. The engagement will be purely on contractual basis and with co-terminus with the project. The engagement will be initially for a period of 11 months and further extendable from time to time on satisfactory performance for the remaining period of the project. The service of successful candidates in respect of Deputy Director, State Coordinator, Gender
Coordinator will be continued on satisfactory performance up to the age of 65 years or Co-terminus with the project whichever is earlier.
2. Selected candidates will not be entitled to claim for regular appointment/absorption in the Govt Service in future . Further, Authority will have the full right to discontinue their services
at any point of time, if performance is found to be unsatisfactory or any reason deem fit proper by the Department.
3. Since the examination for all the post will be held on same date & time at various centres of districts ,as such one candidate can apply against one post and one district only. If it is
found during course of scrutiny of applications, one candidate apply for more than one post or more than one district, his/her candidature will be rejected without assigning any reason
thereof.
4. The list of candidates whose applications are found valid or rejected after scrutiny will be made available on http://NMAET.css-atmaassamrecruitment2017.com
5. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the Written test.
6. Selection process will be solely on the basis of merit and marks obtained in the written test. District wise merit list of the candidates will be prepared in respect of district level & block level post.
7. Though the examination will be held district wise but the selected candidates may be appointed in any District/Block of Assam. Implying there will be no claim for successful candidates for being posted in their home district.
8. If more than one candidate secured same marks in written test then the authority will decide on their age(Seniority will be preferred).
9. Selected candidate in the written test will have to appear before the Selection Committees (State/District level) for verification of their original documents. If any discrepancy found by the Selection Committee, his/her selection will be rejected/disqualified without assigning any reason thereof. Department may debarred him/her from applying in any post of Agriculture Department in future.
10. Selected /Successful candidate will have to sign a Contract Agreement with the Department and they will have to carry one Rs 20/-(Rupees twenty) Non Judicial stamp paper for signing the Contract.

(iv) Candidate will have to pay an application fees of Rs 250/- only (for General and OBC) and the candidates from reserved categories (SC/ST) will have to pay Rs 125/-only along with submission of online application form.
(v) The payment will have to be made through online only.
(vi) Candidate can submit application through online from 17 1h September,2017 .The last date of receipt of online Application is 11th October, 2017 and application receipt after last date will not be entertained.
(vii) The Candidate who are presently working in any Government/Semi Government/Private organization should have to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of submission of application.
(viii) Reserve Category Candidate will have to submit the Caste Certificate along with the online application.
