BCPL Dibrugarh Recruitment vacancy Details
1. General Manager (Chemical)

Educational Qualification:  Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical /  Chemical Technology /  Petrochemical Technology 

2. Dy. General Manager (Contract & Procurement)

Educational Qualification:  Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having 02 years MBA** with specialization in  Materials Management. 

3. Chief Manager (Contract & Procurement)

Educational Qualification:  Bachelor Degree in Engineering with minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having 02 year MBA** with specialization in Materials Management. 

4. Dy. General Manager (Human Resources)

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks and Two years MBA / MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management with minimum 55% marks 
-OR –
Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks and Two years Master Degree / Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management /Personnel Management &Industrial Relations with minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having additional qualification of Bachelor Degree in Law. (Professional).

5. Chief Manager (Human Resources)

Educational Qualification: 
Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks and Two years MBA** / MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management with minimum 55% marks 
-OR –
Bachelor Degree with minimum 50% marks and Two years Master Degree / Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management /Personnel Management &Industrial Relations with minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having additional qualification of Bachelor Degree in Law. (Professional) 

6. Chief Manager (Environment)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Environmental Engineering* with minimum 55% marks.

7. Chief Manager (Fire & Safety)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering* in Fire / Fire & Safety with minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having one year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Central / Regional Labour Institute recognized by Govt. 

8. Chief Manager (Marketing)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering* with minimum 55% marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Marketing / Oil & Gas Management with minimum 55% marks. 

9. Sr. Manager (Chemical)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering* in Chemical / Petrochemical / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55% marks. 

10. Sr. Manager (Fire & Safety)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire / Fire & Safety with minimum 55% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having one year Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Central / Regional Labour Institute recognized by Govt. 

11. Manager (Human Resources)

13. Deputy Manager (Electrical)

Educational Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics with minimum 60% marks. 

14. Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts)

Educational Qualification:
CA/ICWA 
-OR-
B.Com with minimum 60% marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks. 
-OR- 
Graduation (B.A.) with Honours in Economics with minimum 60% marks and two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks. 
-OR- 
Graduation (B.A. / B.Sc.) with Honours in Mathematics with minimum 60% marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks. 
-OR- 
Graduation (B.A. / B.Sc.) with Honours in Statistics with minimum 60% marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks. 
-OR- 
Graduate in Engineering* i.e. B.E. / B.Tech. with minimum 60% marks and Two years MBA** with specialization in Finance with minimum 60% marks. Candidates possessing CA/ICWA qualification should hold Fellow / Associate membership of ICAI / ICWAI.

15. Deputy Manager (Human Resources)

Educational Qualification:
Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks and Two years MBA** / MSW with specialization in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management with minimum 60% marks

Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks and Two years Master Degree / Two years PG Diploma in Personnel Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations with minimum 60% marks. Preference will be given to candidates having additional qualification of Bachelor Degree in Law. (Professional)

Application Fee: Candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to pay a nonrefundable application fees of Rs 200/- (Rupees two hundred only). SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of above fees provided they produce SC /ST /PH certificate as applicable, issued by the Competent Authority at the time of interview. The fees once paid will not be refunded on any account nor would this fee be held in reserve for future exam / selection.

How to Apply: Eligible and interested candidates will be required to apply online through BCPL website www.bcplonline.co.in. No other means / mode of application shall be accepted.  Before applying the candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility norms. The registration will be provisional as the eligibility will be verified only at the time of interview. Mere issue of Admit Card / Interview Call Letter will not imply acceptance of candidature. Candidature of a registered candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or even on joining, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria at any stage or if candidate fails to produce valid documentary proof in support of his/her eligibility. 

Before registration the candidate must ensure the following:
