The post vacant purely on contractual basis initially for a period of one (1) year.

Nature of Work:

Plan and execute outreach programmes for capacity building and public awareness on Climate Change related issues, Proposal development for the cell on Capacity Building.

Qualification/Experience – Assam Forest Department Recruitment 2019 Online Apply:

Essential –

• First Class or Equivalent Grade Bachelor Degree in Science/Degree in Geography for Arts Graduates.
• PG Diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism.
• Three (3) years of experience in carrying out outreach programmes/Training, Workshops, etc. in the field of environment and forest, climate change and science and technology.

Desirable –

• Working experience in the government sector/ NGO’s/ Donor agencies /Research
• Work experience in climate issues / Gender issues
• Experience in Office administration

Remuneration (Salary):

• Rs. 38,000/- P.M.
